This is the twenty first edition of the Burroughes & Watts' Billiards and Snooker Teasers Explained. It was published in late 1963. It covers the period 1963-1964.
The "named" cues offered for sale comprise: the Norfolk; the Mascot; the Perfectus; the Burwat Champion; the Eureka; and the Mannock.
One point of note is the description of the Mannock. In previous editions of the Teasers, the ferrule on the Mannock was described as a horn ferrule. The twenty first edition contains the first reference to a fibre ferrule.
