This is a Burroughes & Watts Victory Cue. It has a mahogany butt butt hand-spliced onto an ash shaft. The small circular badge is ivory.
The Victory Cue was released to celebrate the end of the First World War in November 1918. These cues were probably only made for a gew years after the end of the First Worl War and so are likely to date from the late 1910s or the eralu 1920s.

This type of cue was also made with an ash shaft. The ash-shafted version is slightly rarer.
