This is a Stevenson Champion Cue. It has an ebony butt with a mahogany front-splice, which ends about half-way along the front of the butt. The badge is ivory.
Harry Stevenson was the Professional Champion from 1901 to 1903 and from 1909 to 1912.
This cue was made by Burroughes & Watts, probably between 1901 and the early 1920s.
