The Black Arrow Cue was made by The Blackpool Billiard Works around 1950.
It has a maple shaft on a mahogany butt with a rosewood frontsplice edged in a maple veneer. The mahogany butt is edged with a rosewood veneer.
The Blackpool Billiards Works was established around 1939. It operated for approximately 30 years, until it became incorporated into Harold Holt Billiards around 1970.
